CPP Environmental Acquires Pisces Environmental

Sherwood Park, AB (May 18, 2022) – CPP Environmental, a premier environmental consultancy specializing in land, water, and natural resource management, is today pleased to announce the friendly acquisition of Alberta-based Pisces Environmental Consulting Services Ltd., a leading-edge consulting firm focused on fisheries biology and aquatics ecology throughout Western Canada.

Mike Poscente, President of CPP Environmental, is delighted to welcome the head of Pisces, fisheries biologist Stephen George Ward, as a partner. Along with Mike, Operations Director Théo Charette and Corporate Services Director Loretta Wiwat look forward to working with George both in the day-to-day operations and as a Director on the Board of CPP Environmental.
